Ehrmann has created yogurt enjoyed by consumers around the world for nearly 100 years. It may be a new name to consumers in the US, but we are not new to the yogurt business. Among the leading dairies in Europe, the Ehrmann family learned the craft of yogurt-making in Oberschönegg in Bavaria, Germany in 1929. The founder was the grandfather of Ehrmann’s current Chief Executive Officer, Christian Ehrmann.
From our roots as a local dairy producer in Germany, we expanded throughout Europe, as well as into many international markets. Today, consumers can enjoy our yogurt products in 40 different countries. Ehrmann owns and operates production facilities in Germany, Russia and now the US with our newest facility in Casa Grande, Arizona, which was developed to support our entrance into this market.
In the US, we are combining the same modern manufacturing techniques with our three-generations-old family recipe to create MIXIM™, our new creamy Greek yogurt. MIXIM is the only Greek yogurt with a heart-shaped container and three separate chambers. Each serving of creamy, smooth MIXIM Greek yogurt is paired with two topping combinations to let you create your own taste sensations.
As Ehrmann continues to expand into new markets, we remain an independent family enterprise that is dedicated to producing healthy, delicious yogurt for consumers worldwide to enjoy.
